Please review the refund and cancellation terms before subscribing to Mazelingo Pro.
Before you subscribe
Use samples and the Free plan to try Japanese–English reading and translation results before subscribing. Check Pro prices, usage limits, and renewal terms on the pricing page before purchasing.
Refund eligibility
Pro payments are generally non-refundable, except in the following cases.
A refund is available if we confirm that a serious technical defect prevents you from using your paid Pro plan and cannot be resolved by reasonable means. We also provide refunds where required by applicable law.
When refunds are not available
Refunds are not available for changes of mind, dissatisfaction with translations, unused subscriptions, or unused portions of your monthly allowance.
Translations vary with the text you enter and your English amount and difficulty settings. Wording in a translation alone is not grounds for a refund.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel before your next billing date using “Manage billing and cancellation” in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the period already paid for. Pro remains available until that period ends.
Request a refund review
Email us at the address below with the Google account email linked to Pro (if linked), your order or invoice number, payment date, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and let you know whether it qualifies for a refund.
